Thanks so much for everything last night, it was perfect. The food really made a great impression on everyone – just what we wanted. The showstopper was definitely the Tiramisu – we had at least 3 people tweet photos of it. The lollies were also fabulous and did a great job at drawing people back into the room so thanks for the effort to get that organised for us. The pies were absolutely delicious but a bit of a nightmare for a networking as they dribbled all over your hands – napkins were essential.
Overall it was delicious and we were entirely happy. The staff were fantastic and very efficient. Thanks also for clearing up the kitchen so well after – much appreciated.
Look forward to working together again in the future.

Having officiated at two very prestigious events, only just recently, where Chapman Holmes where the catering company; I must give the highest possible praise to your staff led by the marvellous and efficient manager Sue, everything was spot on the table layout, the presentation and quality of the food and the service was the best I have ever seen.
The two occasions where a wedding at Thornton Manor on the 19th November ’11 and last evening (28th Nov ’11) at a Farwell Dinner held at Lancaster University.

The Scottish Cities Alliance worked with Chapman Holmes for our inaugural year at MIPIM. The Alliance is a complex structure, encompassing seven cities as well as Scottish Government and Scottish Council for Development and Industry. As such, the needs of the Alliance can be varied and complicated as well as time consuming to meet. Chapman Holmes are consummate professionals in every element of their work.
The team, led by Sue, were extremely supportive, friendly and proficient in everything they undertook. All the team worked to a high standard and in a very short space of time developed excellent working relationships with the Alliance. In addition to flawless onsite support and catering, with exemplary attention to detail, the team also developed a range of city specific cocktails and canapés to promote Scotland’s food and drink sector. This brief was approached with creativity and skill, and the end product proved a real draw for visitors to the stand.
The team were a real pleasure to work with and managed a very efficient service in demanding conditions.
Scottish Cities Alliance MIPIM Event, Cannes
The event at Mendips last Thursday was a resounding success. Everyone from Yoko Ono to our own press team was impressed with the level of service and quality of the food your team provided. It was good working with you again and nice to know we were in such safe hands.
